Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines is reporting to expand its presence in the Middle East. The cruise lines ship the Brilliance of the Seas will be sailing out of Dubai for the winter of 2011 – 2012. The new sailings itinerary will include visits to India with calls in Cochin, Goa and Mumbai.
