Part of the fun and adventure of travel is tasting the cuisine of the places we travel to. I know I like trying and tasting new things each time I go to a new place, then collect recipes to bring home. When I use these recipes they act as a tangible creator of memories from where I had visited and what we had done on that trip.
Recreating these recipes are fun – gather friends or family together and share a great meal and fond memories. It is always fun to swap stories and adventures over a meal.
If you have a favorite recipe you’d like to share with a story, I’d be happy to share it here on my blog.
