Taylor Sailor wanted to extend a Happy 4th of July to everyone, especially all the alumni of the USS Taylor. In the past year Terry was contacted by the USS Taylor Naval Alumni to make our very own Taylor Sailor an honorary member of their group. The USS Taylor was commissioned in August 1942. All those who served proudly on this naval destroyer called themselves “Taylor’s Sailors”. In learning about our own cruising bear, they offered for Taylor Sailor to become a part of their group, an honor he humbly accepted. The USS Taylor was decommissioned in July of 1969, but its many alumni keep in touch with each other and often gather for USS Taylor reunions.

So an extra special wish goes forth to all of our military men who fight to protect our freedom everyday. Thank you for all that you do!

Taylor Sailor and Terry have been very busy for the past two days while cruising on the Carnival Pride with stops in Port Canaveral and Nassau, Bahamas.

Yesterday, Wednesday October 7th the Carnival Pride stopped in Port Canaveral for the day. As a shore excursion Taylor Sailor and his new friend Mark D introduced Terry to the part of Epcot where are the countries are represented. Their was an International Food and Wine Festival going on so it was even more special. Taylor Sailor and Terry enjoyed the rides, sights plus food and drink fromseveral different countries. Mark had been to Disney’s Epcot Center before, so he took Taylor Sailor under his wing and made some very tasty recommendations.

During the night the Pride cruised to Nassau where Terry and Taylor Sailor got off and enjoyed an long and leisurely day at Blue Lagoon and yes, the movie was filmed there. Terry enjoyed a unique and once in a lifetime experience of a Dolphin encounter. What wonderful, graceful animals that we are blessed to have on our planet to co-exist with.

Well Taylor Sailor on got on to the Carnival Pride yesterday October 4th, 2009 and was instantly welcomed aboard by old friends and all of the staff he meets on the ship itself. The check in process for Carnival at the Baltimore Cruise Terminal was very easy and fairly fast. There was a bit of a line when Terry and he signed in but the line moved quickly. One we were on board we were able to go to the beautiful blue Mermaid Grill on deck 9 and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch – decisions, decisions, decisions. There was such a wide selection it was hard to decide but it was all really good.

After our luggage was delivered to the room, we unpacked and had time to roam around a bit to see more of the ship. Terry and Taylor Sailor met up with the staff of Cruises, Inc. in the Raphael room where we both got checked in for the cruise conference. After Muster, Terry and Taylor Sailor went to a reunion meeting with our Rising Stars friend from Cruises, Inc. We all gathered at the adult only aft pool and reconnected.

It was REALLY exciting when the ship cruised under the Bay Bridge – from our angle Terry and Taylor Sailor agreed that the Carnival’s signature Whales Tail looked like it passed under with just inches to spare – optical illusions are cool. We were advised there was plenty of space! Afterward it was back to the cabin to get dressed for cocktails and then off to dinner.

Cocktails were served to us in the Beauties Dance Club. What a great place to hang out, talk with old friends, meet new friends and enjoy the great atmosphere around us. We enjoyed a truly great dinner in the Normandie Restaurant where Terry and Taylor Sailor met with many new friends and ate lots of scrumptious dishes – including the Carnival Signature Creme Brule.

Taylor Sailor retired to the cabin after dinner.

Then Terry went off to the Welcome Aboard show in the Taj Mahal Theater. What a grand place! The Carnival Pride dancers and singers were wonderful and so was the band. Then we were entertained by a very funny comic named Carl Strong. Terry laughed so hard the cheeks on her faces hurt! After a full day we called it a night.

When Terry arrived back to her cabin, she found Taylor Sailor all tucked into bed for the night compliments of their cabin steward. Taylor Sailor did leave one chocolate for Terry to enjoy, left out for her on her pillow.

Today started early with breakfast in the Mermaid Grill. Lots of coffee made us wake up to attend our conference welcome session and classes and at 4:00pm Monday everyone attending the conference got together for a group photo – all 900 of us! Taylor Sailor is tired and wants a nap before this evenings festivities. Terry promised to let him rest , so we’ll catch up up more later while we sail on the Carnival Pride.

Being a mascot is not always an easy job. Since Taylor Sailor does not have to cheer at sporting events or do antics for large crowds his job as a travel mascot is fairly easy compared to most mascots. Of course, unlike other mascots Taylor Sailor is a beary unique cruise specialist so he is always attending events with Terry whom he works for at Cruises, Inc.

Terry has kept Taylor Sailor very busy of late marketing Terry’s Cruises, Inc. business. He has been telling everyone he meets about all the cruise specials going on right now plus all the special amenities Cruises, Inc. agents like Terry can offer their clients.

On September 15th Taylor Sailor was letting business people know how they can have their very own, complimentary website with cruise specials tailored just for their employees or members. He was attending the Business Network Expo in Herndon, VA and spoke to many people about this great offer that included the company’s own logo on the sight, along with free copies of the Cruises, Inc. Cruise Connoisseur Brochure and their yearly Cruise Magazine. All of these plus the website for FREE!

Then on September 19th he attended a lunch meeting with Terry for a new company partnership.

This past Sunday, September 21st Taylor Sailor was telling Brides and Grooms alike about the Cruises, Inc. free Honeymoon Registry at the Intimate Bridal Affair held in Ashburn, VA.

So you see what a busy week he has had? Even when he is not out on a cruise with clients of Terry’s then Taylor Sailor is making guest appearances at many events like on October 1st he’ll be attending the Sterling Women Networking Lunch. We’ll keep you posted where he’ll be making another appearance soon so maybe you can stop by and chat with him (oh and Terry too)!

Well after visiting New Brunswick, Canada the next stop on Taylor Sailor’s cruise was Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is a wonderful seaside city! Very vibrant and welcoming to all of it’s visitors. Taylor Sailor and JJ took a double decker bus tour around the city by Gray Line Tours and learned many interesting things about this historic sea port. Their tour conductors even wore traditional kilts.

Now that Taylor Sailor is back in the office from his cruise, there will be many photos added to this blog from this wonderful Northeastern cruise on the Carnival Victory.

Many of the places Taylor Sailor stopped and visited while in Halifax were the Harbor Walk. This area is lined along the piers with lots of quaint shops and restaurants. As we walked along there were people dressed in historic costumes welcoming us to their fair city (what a lovely touch). On the Harbor Walk we were delighted by the sounds of bagpipe music, the sight of several tall ships and the wonderful fresh air.

This is a city with a rich history as a bustling seaport and large area of commerce. The fort or the Citadel, as they called it ,offered spectacular views of the entire city and the bay. The stories we were told about this site were really entrancing. We all truly enjoyed our day roaming the streets of Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is a city I would recommend people to visit as a land vacation as well as a cruise port. It was such a lovely visit, I would love to go back again for a long weekend to explore even more. Plus, we had stopped for some fish and chips for lunch and I have to say it was the best fish and chips I can ever remember having!

Taylor Sailor and JJ took the NJ Transit today to Penn Station in New York City. After checking into their hotel Taylor Sailor and JJ took a bite out of the Big Apple. Playing tourist they visited Radio City Music Hall, The New York City Public Library ( a true historic sight), they wandered around the Diamond District, down Broadway and then hit Times Square.

There were stops along the way to investigate several shops. Two favorites were the Hersey World of Chocolate and the M&M Store! Fun, yummy smelling and lots of chocolate temptation. Taylor Sailor recommends traveling a day early to whatever port you are leaving from so you can make sure you don’t miss your ship and it gives you a chance to check out all the fun local attractions in the city you are visiting.

Resting up tonight so they can get to the ship early tomorrow and check out the Carnival Victory. Taylor Sailor always like to check in early for a cruise, so he has lots of time to get familar with the ship, unpack and start having fun right away.

See you on the high seas as they sail from Manhattan Cruise Terminal tomorrow on the carnival Victory.

The history of Memorial Day, originally known as Decoration Day, began with honoring soldiers who had died in the Civil War by decorating their grave sites with flowers and American flags. The first town recognized as organizing a formal Memorial Day Event is Waterloo, New York who began this tradition as early as May 5th, 1866. This tradition was recognized in 1966 by President Lyndon Johnson and both houses of Congress as the birthplace of Memorial Day.

The dates and places had been contested over the years as to when the actual first Memorial Day was observed. To better observe this tradition, Congress passed the law that this Holiday will be observed as a legal holiday every year on the last Monday of the month of May.

The Memorial Holiday has been designated over the years as the official start of the Summer season. Traditionally, this long weekend is one of the most traveled weekends in the year. Across the USA there are Memorial Services, Parades with floats and Veterans who have served in past military conflicts such as WWI & WWII, the Korean War, Vietnam and the Gulf War. There are no longer veterans from the Civil War and only a handful from WWI but in many areas people dress in period costumes to still honor all those who have fought.

It is a humbling site to pass by a any cemetery and see the rows and rows of small bunch of flowers or American Flags stuck in the ground of the grave sites of all those who have served our country to keep our freedom safe. Another ceremony known commonly associated with the Memorial Day Holiday is the laying of the wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown solider at Arlington Cemetery by the President or Vice President of the United States, as well as every soldiers grave site will be decorated with an American Flag.

To learn more about this American Holiday visit the History.com web site. To learn of you have a veteran in your family tree visit http://www.ancestry.com where you can research your family’s heroes for free until May 31st, 2008.

This holiday marks the beginning of summer to many, that also means summer vacations. Carnival Cruise Lines has created special Military Rates for any active or retired military personal as a way to honor them and say ‘Thank You for Your Service’. To see these special rates and to book a reservation please visit my web site for a complete updated listing of all the specials, dates and cruise ships these rates are available as Carnival Salutes our Troops.

Taylor Sailor, my beary unique cruise specialist, is so very excited because he will be going on another cruise in June. Jennifer from Virginia has asked that Taylor Sailor escort her and her mother on their summer vacation. Since his Cruises, Inc. passport always handy to travel last minute with new friends he’ll be ready ahead of time for this trip.

Jennifer and her friends love Taylor Sailor’s very own website www.WhereIsTaylorSailor.com . They went online & got a free bumper sticker plus they signed up to get a birthday card from Taylor Sailor. Sending out birthday cards is one of Taylor Sailors favorite jobs in the office.

When it came time for Jennifer’s Mom to make their summer vacation plans, she told her Mom about Terry’s website and how they could take Taylor Sailor along with them. Jennifer’s Mom contacted Terry at Cruises, Inc., they made plans for their cruise vacation and Taylor Sailor was asked to join them. So he checked his calendar, since he was was available, he is now scheduled to cruise with Jennifer and her Mom. He truly is one lucky bear! Jennifer and her Mom promise to fill out Taylor Sailors Cruise Passport and take lots of pictures to share with everyone.

So where is Taylor Sailor cruising to? He will be on a Carnival Cruise Ship leaving out of New York Harbor and cruising to New Brunswick Canada and the to Halifax, Nova Scotia then back to New York. They depart in late June from New York. Think of how cool they will be cruising the beautiful North Eastern Coast. Five wonderful days on board one of Carnival’s Fun Ships – How exciting!

Keep watching here in the future for tales of Taylor Sailors adventures and all the fun he gets to have cruising with all of his new friends.

Taylor Sailor, my beary unique cruise specialist will be joining me later this week at the Baltimore Cruise Harbor to inspect several cruise ships. We will be attending a conference there over the weekend, and part of that event is to inspect cruise ships that will be in port at the time. These cruise ship inspections are actually very valuable tools for me to help my clients better understand the difference of each and every cruise line and their cruise ships.

While I was undergoing my Accredited Cruise Counselor training I inspected over 50 ships in two years and was required to take at least 3 cruises. To better serve my clients I am currently training for my Master Cruise Counselor accreditation, which again should take me approximately two years again to complete. Beside for the ship inspections and the cruises, I must also complete a full course load of classes pertaining to the cruise and travel industry. This is a challenge I am looking forward to in order to be a more informed travel agent for all of my current and future clients.

So when you are looking for a Professional Travel Agent or Cruise Specialist ask about their accreditations and association affiliations. I am proud of my accomplishments because I know I am a better professional because of them. People who say they are Travel Agents who bought their way into the travel industry via a card mill do not have these accreditations to back up their service and reputation. So buyer beware!

So off to Baltimore we both go, to inspect more cruise ships and learn more about the many products that are available to travel consumers everywhere.

Taylor Sailor and I are blessed in some ways because we both can sleep while traveling on an air plane. Both of us being height challenged, so it makes it a bit easier for us. So we have come up with some tips to help all travelers (try at least)get some shut eye while traveling on an air plane.

SEATS

Try to get a window seat so you can lean against the wall while dozing.

Window seats allow you to have room to move a bit and not fight so much for the arm rests.

Don’t choose the row in front of the exit row or the last row of the plane. These seats often do not recline.

Try to sit towards the front portion of the plane – it tends to be quieter.

Check out SeatGuru.com for other seat information and tips.

LEG ROOM AND LEG COMFORT

Exit rows give you the most room to strech your legs.

If available pay the extra money to get a seat up in the front of the plane for more leg room and a scant extra inches to recline as well.

If you can leave the portion under the seat in front of you empty so you can stretch out your legs. This helps with blood flow too.

Flex your feet before falling asleep and after waking to help keep legs and feet from cramps.

Wear cotton socks and loose fitting shoes or loosen the shoe laces on your sneakers to help with better circulation.
OTHER USEFUL ITEMS

If you tend to be cold, wear an extra cotton fleece jacket for extra warmth.

Try to get a blanket as you board, there is usually a shortage so try to board early or travel with your own small fleece blanket.

Drink water before you get on board the plane so you are hydrated.

Go to the restroom before boarding the plane so you won’t have to wake up during the flight and crawl all over people.

Neck pillows are great-stops you from doing the bobble head routine which will always wake you up. It also protects your neck from cramps.

Slightly under inflate your neck pillow so your head can move easier or use a small koosh pillow they are easy to put on your shoulder.

Since you have to take off your shoes at security, consider wearing fleece lined slippers, they keep your feet warm and not confined.

Drown out the engine noise etc. by using your ipod and/or earplugs.

I don’t like eye masks but know of people who swear by them – especially the gel ones so you don’t wake up with puffy eyes.

Wear cotton clothing on the plane. Your body will breath better with cotton vs. when wearing synthetic materials.

There is less oxygen circulating before take off, so wait until you are air born to catch some zzzz’s.

Loosen your seat belt by two fingers only, so it is easier if you move a bit while you are asleep.

Don’t drink caffine or alchol while waiting to board the plane, it will impede you falling asleep.

If you tend to have ear problems on descent take a decongestant and an antihistamine before the flight to alleviate any congestion.

Don’t lean on the person next to you, even if you know them. They will get uncomfortable and end up jostling you awake(maybe on purpose).

Hope these help and sweet dreams!

Belong to one of the branches of the Military? Many cruise lines now offer special rates for past and current members of the military. This is their way of saying “Thank You for Serving“.

This could be a fun vacation get-away for your own family to bond and just enjoy each others company.

What a great way to gather a bunch of your friends and their families together for a Reunion that you have met over the years. Since so many times while in the Military people are moved around allot getting together on a cruise would be convenient for everyone to meet in one place.

Reunions such as this are a great choice for everyone, since cruises offer so many options on board a ship for everyone from singles, to couples to families. Plan for shorter cruise over a weekend or a week long cruise to have more time together. The options are endless and the prices are set just especially for all members in the Military.

Taylor Sailor salutes all those who serve in all the branches of the military

In 13 years I have taken 14 cruises and have inspected over 75 ships from all the major cruise lines. One small, silly, inconsequential thing still thrills me each and every time I travel via cruise. When I get back to my cabin at night will there be a surprise awaiting me with my cabins bath and hand towels?

It is towel art and it literally takes all shapes! Plus creativity. Not all cabin stewards do towel art and so it is not a standard but it is so much fun to await and then be surprised. Towel art very simply is to take a hand towel or two and mold them into shapes. They can come in all shapes and sizes and even when you are expecting it or not they are always a treat to behold. Some are simple, cute, complex and always a surprise.

I have had created for me swans, octopus, snakes, monkeys hanging from the ceiling, rabbits and elephants. Once I came back to my cabin after formal night to change into some casual cloths to go out dancing to find the jeans, t-shirt and sneakers I had set out in a chair had been created into a towel person! My cloths had been stuffed with towel to look as if someone was sitting in a chair with my hat and sunglasses on on a towel head. First reaction was we thought someone was in our cabin – then we got the worst case of giggles anyone can imagine.

I never tell people about the towel art before they cruise, it is just to much of a fun surprise to ruin. Unfortunately, not all cabin stewards make towel art. I tell you though, besides for my sitting towel cabin mate, the best reaction to any towel art has to be from my sister when we took a “spa” cruise together. It was her first cruise and the night we walked in our cabin after dinner and she found an elephant on her bed she screeched out loud! Giggled, OMG’d a lot then ran out of the cabin and gave our cabin steward a big hug. Yes, my sister is a bit LA LA about elephants, but it was so worth keeping this secret and seeing her happy surprise.

There is actually a book about how to create towel art called “The Lost Art of Towel Origami” by Allison Jenkins. If you like surprises this is a fun book to give as a gift to someone. Make it special for a visiting friend or family from out of town…make a simple towel art on their bed and have the book on their night stand. Just tell your guests that you left the bath towels on their bed and listen and wait to hear their surprise squeals when they have found the treat you have created just for them.

I have added some pictures of towel art to my flicker pictures for you all to enjoy. I found all of these on the web, except the one with Taylor Sailor, I took that one myself. The one with Taylor Sailor and a new friend on taken on his first cruise. He was really taken with this fun art. Just don’t tell anyone who is going to be taking a cruise soon… let it be a surprise.

Of course it was a list of all the cruises he wanted to take in 2008…he is a Sea faring bear after-all!

What I glimpsed at quickly, before he stuffed it into the envelope, so the postman could have it today. I think I can get Tahiti into his stocking, since it is such a small island but, what I am trying to figure out is how to wrap up the Greek Islands, and the Panama Canal to put under the Christmas tree! He is spoiled but good bear, and since he is my beary unique cruise specialist I guess I’ll figure out the wrapping paper situation later.

Taylor Sailor also asked me to wish all of our Cruises, Inc. Friends a very Merry Christmas and a joyous Holiday Season.

This Christmas all the news media is talking about how “hot” the Nintendo Wii is as the gift to get. Taylor Sailor can tell you from first hand experience he had allot of fun watching other cruise guest play Wii on board the Norwegian Pearl.

Yes, a cruise line has installed the Nintendo Wii game and holds Wii tournaments for people to play while cruising. It was very popular, especially on the days at sea AND allot of fun to watch but even more fun to play!

Check out the pictures of Taylor Sailor watching some cruise guest play tennis on the Wii – he could have stayed there for hours watching all the cruise guest play different Wii games and having fun.

Terry tried her hand at the Wii bowling but she giggled more than actually getting any of the bowling pins down – but shhhhh, don’t tell anyone she might get embarrassed about that, since she bowls and is pretty good (just not at Wii bowling – it was funny watching her play!)

So if you already have a Wii at home and are totally hooked, don’t fret you can still play on vacation, it is even more fun on a cruise ship!

Taylor Sailor and I wanted to extend to our family and many friends a very blessed Thanksgiving. This is Taylor Sailors’ first Thanksgiving with us and he is looking forward to Terry’s Thanksgiving feast.

We wanted to also say to all those who are traveling this Thanksgiving – that we wish you safe and happy travel.

We also ask that when you bow your head in prayer this Thanksgiving, that you remember all those in the military who can’t be with their families this year, and pray that they will be safe, healthy and at home next year.

Below is a poem sent to Terry that we both wanted to share with you all.

May your stuffing be tasty,

May your turkey be plump,

May your potatoes and gravy,

Have never a lump

May your yams be delicious

And your pies take the prize

And may your Thanksgiving dinner

Stay off your thighs!

Happy Thanksgiving !

Over the next few days and weeks I will be highlighting items about Alaska – Wild, Beautiful, Untouched Alaska! Taylor Sailor and I have just signed up for an Alaskan cruise for next September on the Celebrity Millennium. Before we travel I am trying to learn even more about that wondrous 50th State of ours!

My first visits to Alaska was in the early 1980′s when I visited via air plane the intriguing city of Anchorage. I now have the chance to learn even more about the great unspoiled territory we call Alaska. So I am hitting the textbooks, the Internet and learning all I call. Come along with me on this ride while I share some of the adventures you and I can expect while taking a cruise to Alaska.

So far I have 3 things I want to check out while I visit Alaska…

         1. Watch a totem pole artist create one of their masterpeieces

         2. Go dog sledding on a glacier – I will be the passenger snuggled up and not the driver!

         3. Visit the Alaska Raptor Center in Sitka, where they rescue and rehabilitate birds such as bald eagles – to see our national symbol live and in it’s true splendor is something not many people can say they have ever done up close like you can experience here.

So think about your top three items that you would want to see if you would cruise to Alaska and see if I add them to my list. I am sure my list will be growing very long and I’ll share with you tidbits that might make them interesting to you also.

He is really excited to see the ad – of course seeing a good movie, munching on some popcorn and sipping on a cool drink will be really nice too.

Just in case you don’t live in the Herndon area then we’ll try to treat you all to a preview also in the future. When we do just sit back and relax and enjoy. You can much on some popcorn while viewing this – it’s OK with us.

Taylor Sailor and I would like to send out a very special THANK YOU to all Veterans who have served our country in war and in peace. Without their courage and dedication, we all here in the United States would not be able to live in freedom as we do everyday. There are many veterans in my family alone, who have served both in war and peace time, from my own father to my brother and brother-in-law plus uncles and many friends male and female. I pray that those who now keep us safe on foreign lands will be home to their families soon and are kept safe until they return.

Please take a moment today and bow your head and say THANK YOU to those serving now and those who have served in the military in the past.

Both Taylor Sailor and I send out our sincerest Thanks to each and every person who has been a part of our military forces over the years.

Well Taylor Sailor and I have been home for a few days now from our wonderful cruise on the Norwegian Cruise Lines ship the Norwegian Pearl. Taylor agrees with me when I say she is a beautiful ship. The artwork painted on the outside of the ship is just a tease for all the exciting things you will see all around the ship itself. Everywhere you turn there is original artwork painted on the outside of the ship, down every hallway, in every public room and even in the staterooms.
We never got lost because we just followed the swimming fish on the cabin hallway carpet that pointed us to the front of the ship. They were delightful and very helpful the first day or two when we were getting acquainted to the Norwegian Pearl.
I took lots and lots of pictures of Taylor Sailor all over the Pearl! While he played shuffle board, while he relaxed in Spinnaker lounge, while he played chess, or practiced his golf swing! He had to rest while I went on my shore excursions to Cozumel and Grand Cayman Island because he had just worn himself out touring all of the ship, meeting his hundreds of new friends and enjoying all the edible delights in all the restaurants on board or watching all the wonderful live shows or dancing his nights away!
Every one of the staff I met on the Pearl smiled and said hello, even if I didn’t have Taylor Sailor in my arms. The ship was immaculate everywhere, not just in some places – everywhere and I never saw anyone cleaning …. They must have cleaning fairies that come out while we were sleeping! Taylor Sailor could sit anywhere and not worry about getting his perfect white sailor suit dirty.
Needless to say Taylor Sailor and I had a great time onboard the Norwegian Pearl. We both loved walking all over the ship and trying all her freestyle dining but I think my favorite meal was the midnight chocolate buffet! The selection of chocolate was awesome but the chocolate sculptures were just downright amazing! But all the signs said we were not allowed to eat those, they were for display only (awwww shucks!).

This weekend Taylor Sailor got his Cruises Inc. Passport. This is a special passport for Taylor Sailor only. It is a very unique cruise passport for a ‘Beary’ unique cruise specialist. It has all his vital information as a regular passport does but, it also has a fill in portion for clients to complete as to where they have taken Taylor Sailor when he is traveling with them. With many media announcements of late, of when you should get a passport for traveling – the best answer now is simply this … If you are traveling outside the United States anytime in the near or distant future … apply for your passport now. There are so many different options right now; just to make travel easier for yourself is to get your passport now. There is still a backlog of up to 6 weeks or longer unless you pay the extra money for an expedited passport application. If you have the time apply now. The process is simple. Download your application from the State Department web pages (http://travel.state.gov/passport/forms/forms_847.html) get two passport pictures taken, get a valid birth certificate with a state seal on it ….then send it in with the fee. With all the other hassles people are dealing with now a days with travel inside and outside the United States, take the time to be prepared and already have your passport, so you are ready to travel when the time comes. As far as Taylor Sailors passport goes, it will be an ever changing booklet of his tales of travel with my Cruises Inc. clients. So to be ready to have Taylor Sailor travel with you on your next cruise vacation, make sure you have your own official passport in hand to sail away together.

Taylor Sailor ventured out of the house yesterday and joined me at a Bridal Show in Fairfax, VA. He was ooohed and aaahed over by many a newly engaged bride-to-be and grooms-to-be also. We told his story of his adoption and how he will soon be sailing the seven seas with select Cruises Inc. clients on their cruise vacations or in this case honeymoon cruises. The grooms-to-be really liked the idea of a honeymoon registry and that there were sports bars on ships!

The brides-to-be gushed (which Taylor Sailor, in his own way, blushed), about how cute he was. They even wanted to know if Taylor Sailor could join them on a Spa-tacular vacation cruise.

What is a Spa-tacular vacation cruise? Well put simply, it is a cruise vacation where a small group of friends take a short cruise to be pampered, coifed and thoroughly treated like a queen by enjoying all the cruise ships wonderful spa amenities and packages. What could be better than a manicure and pedicure, followed up with a hot rock massage during the day, then enjoying the live shows, dancing and music all during the night after dinner?

Several brides-to-be said that a Spa-tacular vacation cruise would be a perfect bachelorette party – which of course Taylor Sailor, being a Beary Unique Cruise Specialist readily agreed! He also recommends that all brides-to-be and grooms-to-be go to www.TravelLadyCruises.com and check out all the specials on cruises for a perfect honeymoon for all currently engaged couples and sign up for our E-Savers emails for special announcements on cruises deals in the future.

Kate’s artwork is fun and refreshing and really does find the true reflection of her subject’s character. She can bring any character to life so everyone who sees her work can imagine that this illustration is real and not make believe.
