“Aim for 110% or higher Customer Service, professionalism and customer satisfaction”, that has been my personal motto for all my years in the travel industry.

I have been in the travel industry for the past 19 years. I started in the travel industry at United Airlines and then due to being transferred to California from Virginia, I began working at a full service American Express Travel Agency. It is there that I was introduced to, and fell in love with cruising.

I have worked as a Corporate Travel Consultant at many Fortune 500 companies such as Boeing, SAIC, NCI  Inc., Vance Security, Orbital Sciences Corporation and most recently AOL/Time Warner.

I have helped individuals with their personal or business travel and have been a Groups and Meetings Coordinator for Corporate Meetings and Events for many years now.

I have received my ACC- Accredited Cruise Certification through CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association). Plus many other travel industry certifications.

Travel is personal. Each person has different needs and wants. I understand that, and will help you find the perfect cruise.
